Temporary access to Food Science and Technology Abstracts (FSTA)

From now until July 10, 2024, the Library offers access to FSTA, a database of abstracts covering all major food commodities as well as biotechnology, microbiology, food safety, additives, nutrition, packaging, and pet foods.

 

Produced by the International Food Information Service (IFIS), FSTA spans from 1969 – present and includes journals, patents, books, conference proceedings, reports, theses, standards and legislation.

 

IFIS uses a rigorous screening checklist of all entries to ensure that all FSTA content is from reputable and high-quality sources, and all records are closely reviewed for relevancy.
