In celebration of Constitution Day and Citizenship Day Sept. 17, Upstate's Health Sciences Library will offer free copies of The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America. The day commemorates the 1787 signing of the Constitution of the United States of America and recognizes all who have become U.S. citizens.
