Library Outreach

The staff of Upstate Sciences Library promotes a healthy community through a variety of activities in the greater CNY area.

Healthy Pet Project

The Healthy Pet Project (HPP) is a wonderful opportunity to learn the skills needed to promote healthier lifestyles for your pets, yourself, and the differences and similarities between pet and human health concerns.

Workshop content is developed by the Veterinary Medical Center of Central New York and the Librarians at the UPSTATE Health Sciences Library. Each workshop also includes information on where you can find reliable health information for both your pet and yourself.
