Herniated Disk Health Guide

Disk pain can be from different parts of the spine. The lower back, middle, or upper/neck area can be effected. Many people benefit from nonsurgical treatment. For others, there are several surgical techniques which are used to help with back pain caused by bulging or herniated disks. Some of these are diskectomy, laminectomy and spinal fusion.
