The Library Building
The Health Sciences Library moved to its new quarters, the Library Addition to Weiskotten Hall, in December 1995. The four story building, comprising 70,000 total square feet (48,000 square feet of usable net floor space), was designed by Einhorn, Yaffe, and Prescott of Albany, New York. Features of the building include an atrium entrance, 16 group study rooms, designated social, quiet, and silent study areas, and a 2nd floor computer lab with 26 windows PC's and 8 Macs. The 2nd floor also offers two computer classrooms:- Room 220 is a 15-seat computer classroom with projector and teaching station.
- Room 222C is a 24-seat computer classroom with projector and teaching station.
